  • Revenue strategy: Ensuring the right mix of NHS, Private and Plan, including ensuring the most clinically and financially appropriate plans are offered to patients and pricing is set at the optimum level.
  • Increasing Profit/EBITDA: By operating in a more efficient and effective manner, EBITDA can be improved by around 20%.
  • Associate HR: Associates generate revenue and the right associates, managed well and on the appropriate pay rates generate profit and EBITDA.  Rachel can support with strategy around recruitment, retention, specialisations, contractual terms and pay to ensure maximum revenue generation and that revenue converting to the highest possible profit/EBITDA % and value.
  • Associate pay: Rachel can support with an automated, accurate and efficient associate pay process.
  • PMS optimisation: Ensuring the PMS is used in a way that optimises efficiency and effectiveness in multiple areas including diaries (white space, cancellations, appointment times), charging patients (the right charges at the right time to manage cashflow and avoid bad debt) and effective communications with patients. Rachel can support you to use the PMS to support data driven strategic decision making. 
  • Preparation for sale: If you are considering selling your practice Rachel can support in implementing strategies to achieve the maximum possible sale price. Ideally plans should be put in place a couple of years before you intend to sell.
  • Acquisitions: If you want to grow your number of practices, Rachel can support with financial due diligence on potential acquisitions.
  • Organic Growth: Rachel can support with your growth strategy, be it in relation to surgery numbers, associates, specialists, revenue and/or profit.
